Allan McVicar is a filmmaker and photographer from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. He specializes in documentary and outdoor cinematography but has a range of experience in  editing, live event camera operating, narrative film, and commercial work.

Beginning in snowboarding and mountain bike filming, Allan expanded into a wide variety of live production camera operation and on-set shoots. With live event production ranging from fashion shows, motocross racing, and music festivals.

In 2018 was the DOP and editor on the award winning short documentary, Peaks and Valleys : The Search for Ryan Shtuka.
